So our programmer found this site, and we noticed something interesting about it, and we're going to be doing something interesting with it too. Join the fun.

Day 1 - Email sent through their support page Link to the Email. They have 24 hours to take down the design.

Update - Apparently, they have this new kind of targeting that no one else have. It's called 'word wide'. Link Here

I guess 1800Banners is so popular now people want to steal its design thinking they will become successful as well. I got news for this guy, we made 1800banners a success through hard work and dedication. All hes going to accomplish is making himself look bad and getting removed from the hosting provider he is on once we issue the cease and desist order. Its kind of funny though, he didn't even "steal" it correctly since hes using a mass sold script only the homepage is using our design. Someone stole the last design of 1800Banners from a few years ago as well. Anyway just don't anyone to get confused with 1800banners and that site.

Also, wouldn't signup there if I was anyone reading this, he is willing to steal another site's design, wonder what he would do with the email addresses of anyone who signs up.

Should we be flattered or angry? Or a little of both

Stealing layouts has been an age old problem on the internet. It's hard to really say whether one should be flattered or angered. Honestly, I think at the very minimum they owe you royalties. =)

Yeah, that design for a graphics person isnt even that big a deal. I guess they are poor if they cant pay for a new design.

No, not poor, just trying to make a quick buck using our reputation. Email is sent to the hosting provider, waiting on a response.

He didn't take it too long ago, the news article up is the one about my blog and that was only in March I think.

Lol, he didn't even try to mortify the layout even a little. Maybe you should tell them that if they dont remove the layout, you gonna get them deindex in all search engines for copyright violations.

Also, it seem I don't have enough privileges to start a new thread, so will post my problem here.

Is it just me or you guys having the same problem with this seodollars.com banner??? This sucker has java errors that cause itself to load infinitely without showing other banners, it also have browser redirect and popups. Is Seodollars.com part of the 1800banner networks?
