Lightbulb Help pages suggestions

I think there should be some Help pages on 1800banners.com. A number of things are not obvious, and making such Help pages visible when not logged in would also have helped me to decide to join. I had to join and try some things before deciding it will meet my needs.

One starting point is to have a Help page for each page which a member can access, and describe what each field means and how to use it. An easy example on the main page is to explain the difference between "Sent to Campaigns" and "Sent from Sites"; a new member has to learn what "Campaigns" means to understand that "Sent to Campaigns" means "Your advertising".

Some more complex explanations are needed in some cases. In the "Manage Ad Campaigns" page is a "Status" column. A Help page would help beginners understand that every new banner has to be approved, and a delay is normal until the campaign will be approved and change to "Active" state (although during the delay, one can assign credits/clicks to a campaign so it is ready to go). For that matter, I don't know what happens if I click on "Active" so I can't use whatever features are offered by clicking on it.

Also, the main page when you're logged out offers partial answers to some questions. More complete details should be provided someplace, such as what is needed to "qualify" for an option.

In the "Upgrade" page, several messages say that things are not available to my account type. A link which explains the account types or what options are available to what account types would help me decide what needs to be done to get a desired upgrade. I don't know whether my account type is determined by my traffic, my saved credit, or my hat size.

I accidentally discovered that when I added my PayPal info to my account, a bunch of Upgrade options suddenly became available. This should be described someplace... and I still don't know why some upgrade options are not available to me.
