I just did some remodeling of the shared hosting packages I offer. We now have a build you own packages so you can get the service you need and not have to pay for the services you don't!

Basic package is only $2 and includes 10gb bandwidth, 1gb storage, 1 database, and 1 ftp account. Add-on's include more bandwidth, storage, databases, ftp accounts, email accounts, and advertisement credits.

I think that your pricing structure is somewhat high compared to other webhosts. The bandwidth and server space you are proving is low.
